Feature: enable /[command] output in MOTD when loading (e.g. show /todo - /release-notes - /hooks output).

Example of using release-notes truncated from previous version installed to latest:

/release-notes provides a summary that would be nice to display as part of the MOTD Banner when loading claude-code
