[BUG] Since update to 1.14271.0, app restarts every 30-60 seconds on Windows (MSIX). VM module loads but doesn't boot, causing restart loop

What's Wrong?

Since update to 1.14271.0, app restarts every 30-60 seconds on Windows (MSIX). VM module loads but doesn't
boot, causing restart loop.

What Should Happen?

If I stay in Claude code , the deskop version qui after 30/40 second...if i go to the chat instead ..I can stay there.
