[BUG] Claude cowork not able to access the context of a particular chat from claude code

What's Wrong?

When I switch to the claude cowork to work inside a folder I am not able to access a claude chat context. Since I have talked a lot in that chat so again bringing all those manually is a pain. Can we fix this ?

What Should Happen?

When in claude cowork, I promt it to get the context of a chat and gives its name it should pull the entire context efficiently.

Error Messages/Logs

It is not able to find the chat with that name, but I created this chat some time back.

Steps to Reproduce

• Chat something in a new chat in the claude chat panel
• Go to the claude cowork and try to inject the context of the new chat through prompting by giving the chat name.
