[BUG] Extension v2.1.55 is not able to open chat window on windows 11

What's Wrong?

The sdk.mjs file configured in extension.js is after extension update missing on my system. Currently I use this hack AppData/Local/npm-cache/_npx/97540b0888a2deac/node_modules/@anthropic-ai/claude-code/sdk.mjs because this is now the only available file on my system. VSCode Message: command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found
