[FEATURE] Allow to whitelist subdomains between Claude Code and Claude in Chrome

Problem Statement

Tickets on this getting closed, but no real ticket is there in my opinion.
We need ability to allow wildcard, e.g. *.testing.local etc. so Claude can use Chrome for local testing without constant baby-sitting.
Such simple thing, but would improve DX a lot.

Proposed Solution

Allow to wildcard trusted subdomains.
