[Bug] Content filter false positive on Contributor Covenant code of conduct text

Bug Description
The standard Contributor Covenant text spells out examples of unacceptable behavior (harassment, abuse, sexualized language, violence, etc.) — entirely boilerplate that every open-source repo uses, but that cluster of terms can trip an automated content filter as a false positive.
