[BUG] Weekly usage bumped from 60% to 95% in a few hours without any active sessions or me using Claude Code

What's Wrong?

My weekly usage limits (Max 5x plan) got bumped to 95% usage for no obvious reason:

I've been using Max 5x for almost a year now and I've always closely monitored my session + weekly usage so I could manage it and distribute my work and I've never hit above 50-60% weekly usage. I left my computer with no active running tasks/conversations earlier today and I was at about 60% of my weekly usage, and about 4hrs later I came back to my computer, and now my weekly usage says 95% consumed. I know a single session usage limit amounts to about 8% of the weekly limist so it's not physically possible to consume 40% of a weekly limit in a single 5hrs session so that's obviously a glitch. Tried reaching support but I got literally hung up on by the AI chatbot telling me there's nothing I can do about it an I need to wait for my weeklies to reset (in 2 days). Meanwhile I've got a whole Friday worth of time to work and I've faithully paid my 100+ euros (as I've been in the past almost a year) and I think it's only fair I can use the usage I've been promised, right?

What Should Happen?

As a starter, a live human support that you can talk to should be available. And I'd like to get my usage fixed so I can work tomorrow or get comped for the lack of service that I've paid for
