[Bug] PowerShell Interaction Failure When Continuing Conversation

Bug Description
On Windows 11, when I run the command claude -c in PowerShell to continue a previous conversation, it enters the Claude Code interface but I am unable to type anything. However, if I run just claude in the same directory, I can type and interact normally.
