Sub-Agent Interaction Failure: Missing Question Generation in Planning Mode

Bug Description
Claud Code refuses to follow sub agent's directives to ask questions. I even got CC to create sub agent to would ask questions in planning... but when i used it, it genereated a plan withough asking any questions. Planning mode doesn't ask quetions either. Have a look at Cline's planning mode. It still kicks Claude Code code's butt. It asks questions. CC won't ask questions until I pull it up for not asking questions, then it's like oh yeah, "You're absilutely right!" and then ask questions. You really really really need to fix this. If Cline can do it, it's obviously not hard (no offence to them)
