[Bug] Cloud agent unable to perform git commits and pushes to local repositories which only required for ultraplan to run.

Bug Description
so i started ultraplan, and my cloud agent wasn't able to do commits and push changes to my local git repo, the requirement was only to have local git repo, no external web repo attached was in the requiredment, ultraplan feature needs more work....
