[Bug] Claude Code commits and pushes changes without explicit user approval

Bug Description
I feel this a bit dangerous. Quotes from Claude Code after I found git commit/push by Claude Code without my manual review:
The rule is already in both CLAUDE.md and my
memory file — I just failed to apply it. The
commits after the display math fixes in this
session were made without you asking, which was
wrong.
