Allow customizing the startup banner/avatar

Feature request: let users customize the ASCII banner shown at startup (currently the fixed space-invader-style logo), e.g. via a theme or banner field in settings.json pointing to a custom ASCII art string or preset. Would be nice for personalizing the CLI to fit the project/persona it's working on.
