Allow customizing session auto-naming

Feature Request

Currently, Claude Code auto-generates session names based on conversation content, and there's no way to configure or customize how these names are generated.

It would be useful to have some control over session naming — for example:

• A setting to define a naming format/template
• The ability to set a default prefix
• Option to prompt the user for a name instead of auto-generating

This would help with organizing and finding past sessions more easily.
