[Feature Request] Implement persistent memory system for conversation context

Question

**Bug Description**
The lack of some sort of real memory system is an ongoing issue. I've tried multiple solutions and none of them have been terribly helpful. Getting to the point where CC has a real curated memory would be a huge improvement.
