What's Wrong?

I try tu use the Xcode agent.
I pay for the Pro Account via apple subscription.

Since today I've this nice screen while using the agent:

What Should Happen?

Agent has to work a before, if required I will mean the mandatory breaks.
but no working Agent is not acceptable.
