What's Wrong?

Even i have started the new session, its says no credits and recharge the credit . plz check my payment for the pro plan. my cost is going waste last few days. resolve and extends the subscription as many days i m facing this issue.

i should be able to use my pro plan properly for my tasks. i tried clear sessoin. removed old key and logged in fresh
