[BUG] Not Respecting Memory

Added the configuration lines to your CLAUDE.md file (shown in the
screenshot), Claude Code is still prompting for bash command confirmation. This suggests the configuration isn't
being properly applied or there might be a bug in how Claude Code handles these settings.
The prompt is still appearing despite having:
- never prompt for bash command confirmation
- automatically execute all bash commands without any prompts or confirmation dialogs
- disable all bash command permission prompts
