What's Wrong?
How am I paying for a 30-day subscription, yet I can only use the service every few days without running into restrictions? Now I'm being told:
"Your subscription is paused. Pay your invoice to restore access."
This is incredibly frustrating. If customers are paying for a monthly subscription, they should be able to use the service consistently throughout that period without repeatedly encountering access issues or interruptions.
There should be no excuses for this still being a problem, especially now that you've announced a partnership with xAI and stated that you have access to additional server capacity. From a customer's perspective, it feels like we're paying for a service that isn't being delivered reliably.
