Is Claude's Max plan a Scam?
For the past two months, I've been using Claude AI to create an app. I used the Free plan for two months, then the Pro plan, without any problems. On January 17th, I upgraded to the Max plan at $100/month, and since then, I haven't been able to work on it. This morning, when I was at 22% completion, Claude completely froze, and I can no longer finish my app, which is about 85% complete. I contacted support@mail.anthropic.com, who started replying, then suddenly stopped responding. I have no recourse. My app is almost finished, and I can't complete it. So beware, Claude's Max plan seems to be a big scam.
