[Bug] OPUS 4.8 performance degradation - significantly slower response times

Bug Description
This is such a scam. Not only you scammed me into purchasing 200 usd subscription in order to use fable, which you then took away due to YOUR own issues with the govt; you made opus 4.8 absolutely inadequate and unusable. it's the slowest i've seen it and it's actually easier doing things by myself than asking it anything. that's a shame, anthropic. booo. honestly, had enough with your nonsense.
