[Bug] Fable model does not support security prompts or CTF/vulnerability testing

Bug Description
No security prompts are working at all for the Fable model, I was hoping to test it on a CTF just to see if the model is as good as everyone says it is and as you advertise it to be, I was hoping that my security verification would be enough to cover basic CTF/Bug Bounty work
