[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Safety Flag Blocking Legitimate CTF Usage

Bug Description
"I'm really sad about this... 😔 I was so excited to use Fable 5, especially after this update. I've been waiting for days, really looking forward to testing it out, even in CTFs. But when I finally tried to use it, I got this safety flag message — and I wasn't even doing anything out of the ordinary. So this update, which was supposed to be a big step forward, ended up meaning nothing to me. I can't use it the way I wanted, not even for CTF challenges... It feels like I've been left out, and all my excitement just went down the drain. 😞"
