[Bug] Model unexpectedly downgraded to Opus 4.8 during security analysis request of internal app

Bug Description
I was working on a security check on my own application. I asked Fable to do a thorough check of the MCP server, the campaign links we just set up, and the internal app I'm creating. Right after that request, the model flagged this and changed it to Opus 4.8. So this is definitely a bug because I'm working on my own app, I have not done anything externally, but it was downgraded to Opus 4.8.
