[BUG] .mcpb file downloading but not getting extracted to Claude Extensions Folder

What's Wrong?

the .mcpb downloads to the dxt-install-XXXXXX folder but never extracts to Claude Extensions, and that the install button produces no result.

What Should Happen?

File should extract to Claude Extensions Folder

Error Messages/Logs

dxt-install-XXXXXX are all populated with .mcpb files, but Claude Extensions Folder is empty.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try installing Filesystem extension
2. Look inside dxt-install-XXXXXX Folders for .mcpb files
3. Look inside Claude Extensions Folder
