What's Wrong?

The "weekly usage limit almost reached" banner appears on every message, even in short fresh sessions.

Plan: Pro
Weekly usage shown in preferences: 31% (resets Thursday 15:59)
Session usage: 11%
Monthly credits: 35.51€ / 150€ (24%)
Credit balance: 78.15€

The banner appears persistently regardless of session length or complexity. It started appearing this afternoon. No actual limit has been reached according to the usage dashboard.

Expected behavior: banner should not appear at 31% weekly usage.
