This is what I can share. I've been converting all of the federal rules of civil procedure to .md files. I get these bogus errors with no explanation of what caused the issue. These are public free unrestricted lawful documents with no IP, copyright, trademarks, or anything suspicious or unlawful. All I do is work with legal content, so it's possible I will see this again when I'm working with legal client data. I can't help you debug it with this amount of info.
