[BUG] Desktop App Billing Sync Blocking Time-Limited Fable Evaluation - Pro Subscriber Cannot Access

What's Wrong?

Summary

I purchased Claude Pro specifically to evaluate Fable (latest Mythos model) during its limited availability window. The desktop app has a billing sync bug preventing access, and support is non-responsive. I'm losing the evaluation window due to Anthropic's system failure.

Issue

  • Pro subscription purchased: June 10, 2026
  • Pro Plan confirmed active on claude.ai: YES
  • Desktop app error: "Your credit balance is too low to access the Anthropic API"
  • Error code: HTTP 400, responseBody shows insufficient credits despite active subscription

What I've Tried

  • Signed out/restarted desktop app multiple times
  • Cleared app cache
  • Used "Interactive signin" (only auth option available)
  • Contacted support via support.anthropic.com chat: 12+ hours, no response
  • Contacted support via in-app messenger: 12+ hours, no response
  • Emailed support@anthropic.com: 24+ hours, no response

Why This Is Critical

  • Fable is available for a LIMITED TIME ONLY
  • The desktop app is required for my workflow (C++ compilation + WinDbg debugging)
  • Evaluation window is CLOSING
  • I paid for access to a time-limited feature that is now inaccessible due to a known backend sync bug

What I Need

Manual account sync or immediate technical fix so desktop app recognizes my active Pro subscription.

message: Anthropic API rejected model "claude-haiku-4-5-20251001" (HTTP 400)

What Should Happen?

I hope to get access to the Claude Desktop app.
