[Bug] Model auto-switched to Opus 4.8 without clear trigger during billing system development

Question

**Bug Description**
the model flaged something am not sure why and auto switched to opus 4.8 for no obvious reason, am building a billing system and securing it in my own SaaS(PaaS) platform
