[BUG] Multiple sub-agents of the same type created
Collide code when calling agents creates a bunch of the same ones and then eventually will kill them all except for one but it fills up the entire screen and you can see here that in the image a ton of them have been created. I'm not exactly sure when this started happening but it was after one of the updates and I'm on the most recent version since this is a fairly new chat window.

Steps to Reproduce
- Just asking claude to call sub-agents. This never happened after previous updates.
