[Bug] Unnecessary model downgrade to Opus for non-code architecture schematic tasks

**Bug Description**
I do AI research and development for medical imaging and was hoping to test the new Fable model. I understand that its use has to be limited to non-critical cases at the moment, and should avoid cybersecurity and bio/medical related tasks. However, what I asked Fable to do did not have to touch the code at all, but rather make a schematic of the model architecture.
