[Bug] Claude Fable 5 conversations flagged as policy violations during security audits

Bug Description
There's no 1 conversation i have been able to do from start to end with Fable 5. Is supposed to be the strongest model in security. i am trying to run secudity commands for it fo find potential bugs in my code and keeps on flagging all conversations. i also tried for it to implement a new multi organization tenant approach to database, and was also flagged
