What's Wrong?

When attempting to upgrade via the Claude Mac Desktop application and selecting the "Team and Enterprise" tab, clicking on either "Get Team plan" or "Get Enterprise plan" takes the user to subsequent setup/qualification screens. However, these screens completely lack a "Back", "Cancel", or close button.

Once a user enters these flows, there is no intuitive way to return to the main pricing/plans comparison page without completely restarting or bypassing the view.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the upgrade section in the Claude Mac Desktop app.
  2. Toggle to the "Team and Enterprise" tab.
  3. Click on "Get Team plan" OR "Get Enterprise plan".
  4. Notice that there is no navigation element to return to the main plans view.

What Should Happen?

There should be a visible "Back" button or a "Cancel/Close" option on the upper left or next to the main actions, allowing users to return to the plan selection screen if they change their mind or clicked by mistake.

Error Messages/Logs

No explicit error messages or stack traces. This is a purely UX/navigation issue where the interface hits a dead-end.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the upgrade section in the Claude Mac Desktop application.
  2. Toggle to the "Team and Enterprise" tab.
  3. Click on either the "Get Team plan" button or the "Get Enterprise plan" button.
  4. Once you transition to the subsequent onboarding or setup screens, notice that there is no "Back", "Cancel", or close button to return to the pricing comparison view.
