Bug Description
Fable only refuses my tasks. I believe the refusals are due to 'cybersecurity' when the issue is that I am building open source software and validating my security model. In the session I am reporting this, I am working through GitHub issues filed by Opus and other models (Sonnet, GLM, etc).

In context, we are migrating from ZeroMQ to MoQ, an IETF draft, and the software implements Oauth standards. Previous sessions have been used to ensure we are safely deploying cryptographic features, and the state of the design has an incomplete security model. This is not cybersecurity, it is proper and safe software engineering. It is my belief that this tool simply makes it impossible to write good, safe software, if it will refuse as it has. Fable as it exists today will make the industry less safe and less secure, by such refusals, if this is not resolved.
