[BUG] install-github-app installation via CLI is broken - does not recognise "Enter" to submit repository name

- Platform (select one): Claude Code within VSCode Git Bash using Claude Pro subscription
- Claude CLI version: <!-- output of
claude --version--> - Operating System: Windows 11
- Terminal: Git Bash within VSCode
Bug Description
install-github-app installation via CLI is broken - does not recognise "Enter" to submit repository name
Steps to Reproduce
- Run /claude
- Run /install-github-app
- Enter a repo name (e.g. company/project) or GitHub URL (https://github.com/company/project) and press enter. Try shift+enter, ctrl+enter, etc.
Expected Behavior
Installation of "install github app" proceeds.
Actual Behavior
Nothing happens, you remain on the repo name or URL input.
