[BUG] install-github-app installation via CLI is broken - does not recognise "Enter" to submit repository name

Environment

  • Platform (select one): Claude Code within VSCode Git Bash using Claude Pro subscription
  • Claude CLI version: <!-- output of claude --version -->
  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • Terminal: Git Bash within VSCode

Bug Description

install-github-app installation via CLI is broken - does not recognise "Enter" to submit repository name

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run /claude
  2. Run /install-github-app
  3. Enter a repo name (e.g. company/project) or GitHub URL (https://github.com/company/project) and press enter. Try shift+enter, ctrl+enter, etc.

Expected Behavior

Installation of "install github app" proceeds.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens, you remain on the repo name or URL input.
