[Feature Request] Add option to disable or customize work category classification for non-biology codebases

Bug Description
I am working in a crystallographic codebase working on datareduction. This is being flagged as work related to biology, which it is at best lossely related too. I would like to test out Fable and not being able to is quite infuriating.
