[Feature Request] Whitelist repository for standard cellpose/cupy 3D cell segmentation workflow

Bug Description
please whitelist this repo is is standard cellpose and cupy workflow app for 3d live cell segmentation and tracking. I just want to run a code review and every attempt flags it and falls back to opus 4.8. please contact me at derekt@alleninstitute.org you would like to inspect the code. it has nothing to do with cybersecurity or biology other than segmenting cells.
