[Bug] Unable to respond to clarifying questions in multi-turn security audit conversations

Bug Description
I'm working on a financial application, which necessarilly involves reviewing my code for security risks. Fable successfully performed the initial audit but asked clarifying questions in its report. When I tried to respond to those questions, the failure was thrown and I'm foced back to 4.8 which is able to respond as expected. Unfortunately, this limits my ability to use Fable for precisely the type of work I would most value it for.
