[Feature Request] Display task summary and specifications before long-running operations

Bug Description
I have a suggestion. If users order a long time task or Claude feel this is a long task, Claude should write down the summary/config/specs in the beginning. Maybe no need to pause and wait users' confirmation, but necessary to let users know at the first time so that users can interrupt.
