[Bug] Conversation Compaction Breaks Resume Selector Summary

Bug Description
When the conversation gets compacted it messes up the summary that gets shown in the resume-selector. all conversation show the same 'this session is being continued ...', making it hard to select the actual conversation you want to resume.
