[Feature Request] Remove or make optional resume summary/compaction prompt on session resume

Bug Description
I despise the new option that pops up when I run claude --resume and select a session; it asks me if I want to resume from a summary or something about a summary. Multiple times, I felt like I got lured into an option that I did realize lead to a full compact.
I know about /compact. It's been there a long time and I do use it. But dropping this in front of a resume is horrible. I've pushed or nearly pushed multiple valuable sessions into compaction because of this. I love like 95% of new features, but this was a terrible idea. When I'm resuming a session, it may be after hours or days of being away. I'm not in the frame of mind to think about compaction.
