[BUG] Esc to interrupt doesn't work in Pycharm

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 0.2.56
• Operating System: macOS 15
• Terminal: Pycharm

Bug Description

• Sub Agent is dispatched
• Esc should cancel the sub-agent but it doesn't

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask claude code to dispatch a sub agent to do some coding task

Expected Behavior

Should cancel the sub-agent

Actual Behavior

Goes on and on for minutes
