[BUG] Remote Control mobile: multiple permission prompts only show first, rest cause hang

Environment

• Claude Code desktop app (Windows 11)
• Remote Control session accessed from mobile browser

Bug
When Claude Code queues multiple permission prompts during a Remote Control session, the mobile interface only shows the first prompt. Subsequent prompts are invisible on mobile, causing Claude Code to hang waiting for approvals that never come.

To reproduce

1. Start a Remote Control session on desktop
2. Connect from mobile
3. Send a prompt that triggers multiple permission requests in quick succession
4. Observe: mobile shows "needs input" for one prompt, but hangs on the rest

Expected behavior
All pending permission prompts should be vis mobile interface.

Workaround
Switch to the desktop app to clear the permission queue.
