[BUG] Screenshots getting saved into the codebase in the VS Code Claude Code Extension

What's Wrong?

Just mega annoying that screenshots are copied into your code repo...99% of the time I just want to provide a svcreenshot to Claude Code so it can see whats going on...Please DONT save that image into my repo, and in the folder I current have selected...Unless I git ignore that its going to be added to my repo I dont want that. Just pleace it in the session chat please.

What Should Happen?

Just place a screenshot into the session exactly the same way as GitHub CoPilot does for VS Code please.
