[Bug] Unable to access claude.ai settings on macOS and iOS - billing update blocked

Bug Description
Max 20x user here. I am unable to access claude.ai settings to update billing on both macOS and iOS. I’ve tried for over a week to use your AI assistant which has not helped me resolve my issue. My repeated emails to support@anthropic.com go unanswered. I’ve tried cancelling my plan and resubscribing, which didn’t help me resolve my issue either.

I’ve been a loyal Max subscriber for a long time, and gifted paid claude plans to family members, and want to continue my subscription but can’t due to the settings error which I cannot resolve on my own - it is an issue with your backend. Thank you for helping me.
