[Bug] MCP processes not properly cleaned up on exit, causing zombie processes and memory leak

Bug Description
Not sure but it seems my activity monitor has a lot of zombie mcp processes, uv and python and despite clausing all claude instances / apps, they remain there. I believe it's leaking memor.y
