[BUG] Zombie processes created by the Claude

What's Wrong?

I am having the zombie processes created by claude. After using the claude for few hours, planty of zombie processes created by the claude which causes my laptop heat and consume a lot of battery.

What Should Happen?

Should kill the sub process after bash use or sub-agent use

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use claude serval hours
2. Go to activity monitor on macOS
3. search 2. in the search bar
4. You will see a lot of zombie processes
