[Feature Request] Usage credit adjustment for Anthropic API errors and rate limiting issues

Bug Description
Hi Anthropic Support team,

I'm writing to request a usage credit on my Max 20X plan for the current
weekly billing cycle. I'm currently at 75% of my weekly usage limit and
projected to hit 100% by end of day tomorrow (2026-06-07), which will
leave me dormant until the Tuesday midnight reset. A material portion of
this week's consumption was driven by Anthropic-side API errors that
forced retries on work in progress across my multi-agent development
fleet.

  • 46 rate-limit errors (88%)
  • 6 auto-mode safety-classifier failures (12%), pattern "is temporarily

unavailable, so auto mode cannot determine the safety"
EACH ERROR EQUALS WORK REDO EQUALS WASTED QUOTA
MY REQUEST

I'd like to request a usage credit equivalent to approximately 30% of
this week's consumption, which would bring me from 75% to 45% and
provide runway to complete in-flight production work — Clawdemy
curriculum launches scheduled for tomorrow morning, Clawless
application development on a critical launch-blocker, and multiple site
updates — before the Tuesday reset rather than being dormant for ~48
hours during a production-critical window.

The 30% figure conservatively accounts for:

  • The 52 documented retry events (each consuming both pre-error and

retry tokens)

  • Undocumented retries that did not match recognized patterns
  • Lost productivity during the 2026-06-04 04:00 UTC platform incident

window where the fleet was effectively offline
