When importing data, Claude said it would input data for Tempe, San Antonio, and Austin. I said only import for Austin, and it's still imported for multiple cities outside of Austin.

What Claude Actually Did

Claude imported data for cities outside of Austin.

Expected Behavior

Claude should have only imported data for Austin.
