I have notices that I frequently, like 3-4 times a day hitting the claude code 1 million token max issue and forced to start new sessions, why is this now happening, I am on the max plan and this starting occurring daily about a week ago

What Claude Actually Did

said I reached my max tokens, recommending I buy more, but already on max plan, so I start a new session and I can work again for a few hours, incredibly annoying..

Expected Behavior

I can work in my session for days or weeks as I did in the past without the token max errors.
