JetBrains plugin: ability to label/name individual sessions

Feature Request
Plugin: JetBrains (IntelliJ / CLion / etc.)
Request: Allow users to assign a custom name or label to individual Claude Code sessions in the IDE.
Use Case
When running multiple Claude sessions simultaneously in IntelliJ, there is currently no way to distinguish between them beyond their position in the UI. Being able to label a session (e.g. "investigation", "refactor", "PR review") would make it much easier to context-switch between parallel workstreams.
Expected Behavior
- A "Rename session" option (right-click or inline edit) on the session tab/panel
- The label persists for the lifetime of the session
- Optionally: label is shown in the window title or tooltip
Current Behavior
Sessions are unnamed — the only differentiation is the order in which they were opened.
